The best poke place in town. I don’t care that it’s “pricey” like some might suggest. You’re paying for quality, for great service, and for generous portions, all while supporting a well-deserving small business. The owner is very friendly. This place will always be my boyfriend and I’s favorite spot, not just because the ingredients are fresh and delicious (the seared salmon and the creamy shrimp are SO good), but also because of all the good memories of when he used to order their poke for us before he passed away. Please go try it. You won’t regret it, and you’ll keep coming back.

When I was told I was going to a conference in Burbank I started to look for cool places to eat and stumbled on this place. I love poke but every place other than my home spot has always left me feeling let down in comparison. Saw the reviews, checked out the Instagram, and decided I had to try this place for myself. After a 6 hour drive I picked up a bowl to go. First impressions? OMG THESE PORTIONS. I was shocked by the way they loaded up my bowl. In this economy? Wild! Headed back to my hotel and dug in. Sorry, home spot, but you’ve just been knocked to 2nd place (and it’s not even close!). It wasn’t just the quantity, it was the quality. The freshness of the ingredients and the delicious flavor… Look, I came back again just two days later and HAD to leave a review because the hype is so real. If you like poke even a little, stop reading this review and go to Poke Loulu immediately. I promise you won’t regret it.

Great Food. But pricey.. Great location, small parking but super excellent service… poke is clean and simple, they do have 2 options that you won’t find anywhere else. Same with their drink options. Great options that I never heard of… Overall quality worthy and right amount of portions.. taste is good, but not the greatest. Probably too much sauce on today’s lunch.. So I’ll try again next time with less sauce…

Came in at an off time so there weren’t many people. Just the 2 owners (brothers?). Both a bit shy but very sweet. We ordered a vegetarian and reg poke bowl, smallest portion. Very generous amount and very fresh.

Very clean place. Everything looks fresh and new. The girl who served me was nice and friendly. The price point is the same as other places. The portions are very generous!! The fish is fresh. If you’re a big sauce person (like I am), I suggest you get extra sauce on top or the side. They don’t mix it in, only put it on top (which is fine). The house sauce is SO YUMMY. My only wish is that they would have either fresh fried onions or perhaps a chili powder mix to sprinkle on top—but that’s only my personal preference! They do have the store-bought crispy onions and fresh chilies. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place!!! You MUST try!
